Right before Halloween, our not so spooky Spooktacular concert returns to the Mulhauser Barn in West Chester. 

Costume contest! Snacks!  and Free!  A good way to kick off the Halloween weekend.

WCSO is looking for places to perform. We have some great ideas, some great plans...but we need to find some great places.
